To have purpose in one’s work is to achieve what we might coin as workplace actualization. There is and there must be a definite necessity to understand the adaptation of the employees needs and thus to identify the credibility of the engaged leader or manger. In my job type I have met a lot of people who have different professional needs ,My job is of a Councillor who has away of taking things as and when they come by. I have had people of all the professions in my career and one needs to be comfortable in order to understand the job type protocol.
